We don't use the membrane and the seeds, so the jelly is NOT hot, but filled in flavor. You can always add heart, but cant take heat away. Our jellies are fresh, so if you want some with heat, then please when you order ask for "Bring on the HEAT". Ill make sure to add some scotch bonnets to make it interesting.
